Overview

Support global campaigns, social media, film and photo, branding and design, media relations, and web content development within the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.

Tasks Summary

• Support global campaigns and social media efforts, including content creation and monitoring.
• Organize clearance, production, and distribution of information material, conduct photo and graphic research, and assist in video editing.
• Design visual content for print and digital platforms, including infographics and social media graphics.
• Support media relations by monitoring media, maintaining databases, and assisting with news distribution.
• Develop and update content for the corporate website.

Experience Requirements

Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience.

Qualification Requirements

• Enrolled in, or have completed, a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher).
• OR enrolled in, or have completed, the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s level or equivalent).
• Field of study closely related to Public Information is required.

Languages Required: English

Languages Preferred: Knowledge of any of the official languages of the United Nations is desirable.

Contract Duration: 2 - 6 months
