Overview

Provides reliable and safe driving services for authorized personnel and office-related transportation. Ensures vehicle maintenance and adherence to security regulations.

Tasks Summary

• Drive office vehicle for transport of authorized personnel, mail, documents, and items
• Meet personnel and visitors at the airport, arranging visa and customs formalities
• Support office-related transportation including equipment and office relocation
• Manage and maintain office vehicle, perform minor repairs, and arrange for other repairs
• Keep vehicle clean and check essential components (oil, water, battery, brakes, tires)
• Log official trips, mileage, gas consumption, and maintenance
• Follow national laws and UNDP regulations in case of accidents
• Maintain inventory of vehicle equipment and security/communication equipment
• Implement all security rules and regulations
• Ensure timely advance notification of scheduled trips for security clearances
• Perform other required duties

Experience Requirements

Experience in providing driving services and vehicle maintenance.

Qualification Requirements

• High School certificate
• Valid Driver’s license

Other Details

Languages Required: Fluency in any of local languages (Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian)

Languages Preferred: Basic knowledge of English language

Contract Duration: 10 months
