Tasks Summary

• Support vulnerable groups to improve income and nutrition status by targeting households to promote nutrition-sensitive agriculture.
• Strengthen government implementation of national food and nutrition policies, standards and processes.
• Assist in menu design, developing a nutrition curriculum, and advocating for healthier diets.
• Promote the cultivation of diverse, nutrient-rich crops and establish nutrition model gardens.
• Build the capacity of government ministries in nutrition-sensitive planning and implementation.
• Develop national strategies and action plans, and social and behaviour change communication strategies.

Experience Requirements

Experience in nutrition-sensitive agriculture and food systems. Experience in capacity strengthening and policy advocacy. Experience in supporting vulnerable groups to improve income and nutrition status.
