Overview
Responsible for all work performed by the Sanitary Plumbing Team and carrying out plumbing activities in the VIC according to Austrian Standards, rules and regulations.
Tasks Summary
- Develop yearly workplan for the Sanitary Team
- Assemble, install, maintain, test and repair sanitary equipment and systems
- Install, test, maintain and repair piping and drainage systems
- Inspect, service and repair water treatment systems
- Ensure spare parts on stock are appropriately maintained
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for BMS sanitary projects
- Coordinate with contracting firms and colleagues
- Ensure rules and regulations are followed
- Keep abreast of latest technology, norms and standards
- Evaluate new products and techniques
- Record relevant information in the Facility Management Electronic Work Order Platform
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in plumbing activities.
Qualification Requirements
Completion of secondary education.
