ILO Procurement Notice: Call for External Collaborator – Comprehensive review of wage setting & private-sector wage data analysis; development of tripartite action plans on minimum wage and equal pay — ILO ROAS / Syria, Job-rich Early Recovery Support Programme
The Consultant will (i) design and deliver an awareness workshop on minimum wage setting and pay equity; (ii) conduct a comprehensive review of wage-setting practices and the minimum wage system in Syria (covering public and private sectors and the situation of equal pay for women); (iii) collect and analyze private-sector wage data to build a reference dataset (disaggregated by sector, occupation, firm size, governorate, and gender) to inform scenario testing; and (iv) facilitate a tripartite action-planning workshop to produce draft action plans and inputs for ILO reporting on C131 and C100. All outputs will be prepared in Arabic and English and delivered in close coordination with MOSAL and social partners. The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
