Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The assignment involves finalizing the parametric design of public health insurance scenarios to be costed in an actuarial feasibility study. Working closely with the actuarial team and under the supervision of the Social Health Protection Specialist, the consultant will develop detailed parametric designs for at least four scenarios, refining key assumptions on population coverage, the range of interventions to include in the benefit package, cost-sharing arrangements and the network of providers. The work will also include providing recommendations on alternative financing options to complement current arrangement and assessing the potential impact of the proposed scenario on existing Private Health Insurance (PHI). In addition, the consultant will assess institutional readiness for implementation and oversight of the selected model and develop a phased implementation roadmap with a detailed sequenced timeline for short-, medium-, and long-term milestones. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
