Overview

Support Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) analysis and data-related activities in Zimbabwe, and implement and monitor DTM programming.

Tasks Summary

• Assist in DTM project implementation and monitoring, including data collection, training, and storage
• Retrieve, compile, summarize, and present project data
• Monitor budget, verify fund availability, and obtain approvals
• Support administrative coordination of project implementation
• Draft monthly and quarterly DTM reports with data analysis and visualizations
• Support DTM tool implementation and maintenance (Kobo, Microsoft Forms, DHIS2, Google Forms)
• Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Respond to general information requests on data and reports
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Experience Requirements

• School diploma with four years of relevant experience; or, Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in liaising with governmental authorities, national/international institutions, UN agencies, and NGOs
• Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking, and other vulnerable groups
• Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organizations in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage

Qualification Requirements

• School diploma; or,
• Bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or related fields from an accredited academic institution
