ILO Procurement Notice: Capacity development services to adopt and manage rent-to-own digital tools in the sustainable construction market
The service provider will provide capacity development services to selected emerging developers and GAPI to integrate and manage the digital tools and processes to operate the rent-to-own mechanism via a digital platform. They will also support GAPI in mobilising additional funds for their Green Housing Finance activities. The goal of the assignment is to unlock and expand the capacity of the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) operating in Mozambique’s construction sector to run successful and scalable businesses for affordable, resilient and green housing delivery, contributing to the smooth implementation of the wider construction intervention.
