Facilitate sponsorship activities and community engagement to improve child well-being and access to services.
Tasks Summary
- Conduct sponsorship activities in the intervention area according to national office standards.
- Ensure activities adhere to technical standards including LEAP, project models, DPA, and program approaches.
- Conduct planning, weekly, and quarterly meetings to assess activity integration and progress.
- Monitor sponsored children's participation in program activities.
- Ensure monitored children benefit from activities contributing to minimum standards.
- Manage communications between children, sponsors, support offices, and national offices.
- Analyze sponsorship data monthly and report discrepancies in the facilitator's monthly plan.
- Train community members on sponsorship and ensure their participation in 90% of activities.
- Maintain databases for models, methodologies, and strategic actions demonstrating child protection contribution.
- Develop, execute, and archive a monthly plan integrating activities.
- Execute planned activities on time, meeting 100% completion and recording results.
- Identify and update vulnerable children, ensuring access to at least two elements of the MVC package.
- Achieve quarterly targets with a minimum of 95% and demonstrate community impact.
- Establish effective coordination, management, and supervision systems for strong community networks.
- Monitor the proper use and transparent management of resources and volunteers.
- Ensure 100% of assets provided to volunteers are registered and managed according to policy.
- Ensure volunteers have work plans, performance indicators, and administrative decisions are made.
- Train young volunteers and GAC members on World Vision's community volunteer policy.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local actors, NGOs, youth, GAC, and women's groups.
- Ensure a functional GAC exists within the PZ, managing a monitoring system.
- Identify, train, and engage young volunteers in activities.
- Organize the community into mother's clubs, saving groups, mother leaders, and neighborhood meetings.
- Secure MOUs with school directors and local service providers.
- Ensure the implementation of policies benefiting children within the community.
- Establish functional volunteer networks for sponsorship activities.
- Engage schools in positive discipline activities and ensure teachers apply alternative methods.
- Promote positive discipline methods through home visits.
- Train and mobilize religious and traditional leaders for social service promotion.
- Lead planning, reporting, and evaluation processes for field activities.
- Conduct monitoring and supervision visits to verify activity results.
- Organize a community summit.
