Overview

The Manager, Global Corporate Partnerships - Data Administration will streamline operations and drive efficiencies across the corporate fundraising team by managing data management, reporting, information management, and meeting coordination.


Tasks Summary
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes that improve data management and reporting across the GCP team
  • Maintain operational dashboards for tracking income streams, donor engagement, and KPIs
  • Assist GCP leadership with Salesforce activities including portfolio assignments, record updates, prospect research, due diligence, and relationship management
  • Support New Business Associate Director with new business operations and database management
  • Drive coordination around cultivation events including data management, communications, tracking, and follow-up
  • Synthesize and disseminate key information to GCP regarding deliverables and deadlines
  • Support administrative needs of Senior Director and Directors of Global Corporate Partnerships
  • Prepare materials, agendas, and briefings for internal and external meetings
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with colleagues and IRC staff globally
  • Undertake special assignments as directed

Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated skills and competencies in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound written and verbal communications skills
  • Well-developed project management skills
  • Understanding of data management and analytics in the fundraising sector
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  • Ability to collaborate and establish relationships with internal teams
  • Highly computer literate, to include Salesforce
  • Ability to respond quickly to changes in short-term work priorities
  • Dedication to fundraising for international development, humanitarian, human rights, social justice, and US immigrant communities
  • Ability to interact with internal and external contacts with confidence and poise
  • Strong project management skills, experience working on multiple projects with global cross-functional teams (desired)

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
