Responsible for the implementation of the Education project portfolio for the Area Office in Bangladesh.

Tasks Summary

• Education strategy and project development
• Education project implementation (activities, budget, and project documentation)
• Technical direction and assurance of high quality of projects
• Project budget development and management
• People leadership (recruiting, mentorship, capacity building)
• Stakeholder management

Experience Requirements

• Senior project implementation experience in a humanitarian/recovery context
• Vocational training, livelihoods, and education programs implementation for youth track record
• Project management, budget management, and leadership expertise
• Programming scale-up track record
• Complex and volatile context exposure
• Bangladesh, Cox’s Bazar, and Rohingya Refugee camps, context exposure and knowledge

Languages Required: English fluency, both written and verbal

Contract Duration: 12-month contract duration

Remuneration: Grade 8 in NRC’s National Salary Scale, with accompanying terms and conditions
