Overview
The Project Admin and Finance Associate will support project planning, implementation, and financial management for peacebuilding initiatives in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea.
Tasks Summary
- Prepare inputs for Annual Work Plans (AWPs) and detailed implementation plans
- Assist in budget, procurement, and HR plan formulation and revisions
- Arrange logistics and coordinate stakeholders for workshops
- Take minutes for project meetings and draft research reports
- Initiate procurement actions for consultants, goods, works, and services
- Compile supporting documents for procurement and recruitment processes
- Create and follow up on e-requisitions in QUANTUM
- Promptly follow up with CO units on pending actions
Experience Requirements
3 year(s) experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR 6 year(s) experience with a High School certificate
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or High School certificate
