Supports Kosovo in achieving a just, inclusive, and sustainable transition from coal to renewable energy. Strengthens institutional and technical capacities for policy implementation, develops sustainable employment pathways, drives innovative investments, and fosters public awareness of energy-efficient behavior.
Tasks Summary
- Provide tailored technical assistance, capacity-building programs, and access to high-level advisory support
- Support the Ministry and relevant stakeholders to develop and implement policies that align with ambitious programs in the EU accession pathway
- Enhance institutional coordination by establishing flexible mechanisms, for example, engaging with municipalities and private sector stakeholders
- Promote renewable energy and energy efficiency
Experience Requirements
- Master's Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in combination with additional 2 years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of Master’s degree
