Overview

Internship focused on data management and analysis within the Private Sector Partnerships Unit in Italy. The role supports the CRM Manager in maintaining and improving the donor database.

Tasks Summary

• Provide support for reports and analysis, conduct data queries, selections and analysis
• Support Salesforce project implementation, including Data Quality and User Acceptance Testing
• Perform data entry for database maintenance and updates
• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and managing data from various sources
• Assist in developing and implementing database management procedures
• Provide support on data quality issues and periodic reconciliation tasks
• Perform data cleansing activities in the PSP Italy CRM
• Conduct literature reviews and background research
• Use statistical tools to interpret data sets and identify trends
• Prepare reports and presentations based on data analysis
• Work closely with team members and other departments
• Provide general administrative support

Experience Requirements

• Recent graduate (within two years of applying) or current student in a graduate/undergraduate school programme
• Completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in a relevant field

Qualification Requirements

• Recent graduate (having completed their studies within two years of applying) or a current student in a graduate/undergraduate school programme from a university or higher education facility accredited by IAU/UNESCO
• Completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in a field relevant or of interest to the work of UNHCR

Remuneration: Interns who do not receive financial support from an outside party will receive an allowance to partially help to cover the cost of food, local transportation and living expenses.
