Overview

Provide interpretation and translation services to support project activities for the integration of third-country nationals into the labour market.

Tasks Summary

• Make initial contact with beneficiaries and build relationships
• Assist with interpretation and cultural mediation
• Reply to helpline calls, identify issues, and report them
• Record calls in the helpline tracker
• Develop and maintain relations with beneficiaries and stakeholders
• Identify gaps and barriers for beneficiaries accessing services
• Translate documents and information materials
• Assist in mediation activities
• Provide general assistance to project staff
• Perform other assigned duties

Experience Requirements

• Minimum one year of relevant work experience with a high school degree
• Previous work experience in a similar role
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment preferred

Qualification Requirements

• High school degree/certificate
• University degree from an accredited academic institution an advantage

Contract Duration: Up to 9 months
