Overview

Drives office vehicles for the transport of authorized personnel and delivery and collection of mail, documents and other items. Facilitates immigration and customs formalities as required.

Tasks Summary

• Drives office vehicles for transport of personnel and delivery/collection of mail, documents, and items
• Meets official personnel at the airport and facilitates immigration and customs formalities
• Delivers mail and pouch to and from the organization and entities in Egypt
• Follows up on vehicle registration and processes with government entities
• Manages day-to-day vehicle maintenance, checks fluids, performs minor repairs, and ensures cleanliness
• Logs official trips, mileage, gas consumption, and maintenance
• Follows required steps in case of accident involvement
• Performs other duties as required

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in driving a variety of makes and models of vehicles
• Knowledge of radio, email, telephone and other applications
• Knowledge of driving rules and regulations

Qualification Requirements

• High school degree/certificate or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Valid national driver’s licence

Other Details

Languages Required: English and Arabic (oral and written)

Contract Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension
