Overview
Provide administrative, logistical, and financial support for the implementation of the RE2CLID project in Burundi. Support programme staff and relevant units in coordinating field activities and facilitating timely implementation.
Tasks Summary
- Screen appointment requests and maintain calendars for the Cluster Coordinator and DRR-CCA unit
- Coordinate office support services for meetings, trainings, and special events
- Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and monitor follow-up activities
- Review, record, and process incoming mail and correspondence
- Prepare draft responses to correspondence, ensuring adherence to office procedures
- Perform administrative duties such as monitoring contract extensions and leave recording
- Provide administrative and logistical support for programme implementation, including coordination of field activities and preparation of supporting documents

Experience in providing administrative, logistical, and financial support to project implementation. Experience in coordinating field activities and liaising with relevant units.
