Overview
Provide general assistance in knowledge management, resource mobilization, external liaison, grants management, project development, and reporting.
Tasks Summary
- Draft new programmes/projects proposals
- Draft internal and external project/programme-level reports
- Process and submit project proposals, donor reports, partner agreements
- Follow up on project activities and maintain knowledge base
- Maintain records of correspondence, files, project development and reporting products
- Assist in programme/project-level administrative monitoring
- Provide administrative and technical support for events
- Undertake field visits for project implementation and monitoring
Experience Requirements
- Three years of relevant professional experience with a university degree; or five years of relevant professional experience with a school diploma
- Experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-governmental or governmental institutions/organizations in a multi-cultural setting
- Experience in project development and/or implementation, preferably with different project donors
- Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage
Qualification Requirements
- University degree in Political or Social Sciences, Law, Human Rights, International Relations, Migration Studies or a related field from an accredited academic institution; or
- School diploma
