Overview
Responsible and accountable for supply chain activities, guided by Supply Chain Management (SCM) objectives to deliver quality goods/services to beneficiaries at optimal price and in a timely manner.
Tasks Summary
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring Common Services Management tasks and activities
- Support planning, budgeting, and scheduling for common services operations
- Prepare monthly progress reports, statistical information, and briefing notes
- Support the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of Common Services activities
- Liaise with supervisor and program teams to collect, consolidate, and prioritize Common Service requirements
- Identify Common Services bottlenecks and provide recommendations for process improvement
- Support the analysis of Common Services requests and identify service providers
- Coordinate the processing of common service transactions
- Ensure timely submission of asset and other reports related to Common Services
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal control mechanisms for Common Services Management
- Monitor the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment
Experience Requirements
Experience in supply chain activities and Common Services Management is required.
