Overview

Manage financial planning, monitoring, and reporting activities for the NATO Integrated Mobile Service Centre (NIMSC). Support the Chief NIMSC by managing budgets and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Tasks Summary

• Implement and manage the NIMSC budget cycle and financial processes
• Monitor expenditure, forecasts, and variances against approved plans
• Collect, consolidate, and analyse financial data from NIMSC business units
• Prepare and deliver financial and management reports
• Monitor and recover funds related to NIMSC service provision
• Support cost control, expense management, and financial governance
• Participate in internal control reviews and audit-related activities
• Prepare reports on Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
• Contribute to mid-year and periodic financial reviews
• Deputize for the Resource Portfolio Manager, if required

Experience Requirements

• 2 years post-related managerial/lead experience with a Bachelor’s degree
• Exceptionally, more than 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in finance and budget cycles
• Substantial experience in budget and financial management
• Strong experience in financial analysis and reporting

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline
