Overview
To implement and monitor FES activities at field level, mainly agriculture-based interventions, with participation of key stakeholders.
Tasks Summary
- Implement and monitor FES activities at field level
- Engage with key stakeholders including Oxfam field staff, rural communities’ Development Committees, financial service providers, and local authorities
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years demonstrated experience in implementing market-based food security and livelihood project activities
- 2 years demonstrated experience in agriculture-based livelihoods projects with agriculture in-kind/cash delivery modalities
- Experience in gender and protection mainstreaming
- Strong understanding of local socio-economic development issues, institutions, and local contexts for target communities
- Proven experience in managing and supervising teams, including performance management, delegation, and mentoring (minimum 1 year)
- Demonstrated experience in project management cycle
- Previous experience working with INGOs
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in agricultural science, agronomy and agricultural extension and Engineering or relevant fields(s) from a recognized university
