Overview
Seeking a Funding Officer to manage donor contracts, support proposal development, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Tasks Summary
- Manage the CRIMSON system for donor contract records
- Align CRIMSON allocations with finance and OPAL budgets
- Lead review and preparation of OPAs and donor contracts
- Provide training on CRIMSON usage
- Contribute to regional monitoring reports
- Support finance team with monthly reporting
- Lead/support preparation of contract amendments
- Support proposal development and submission
- Manage review and submission of financial and narrative reports
- Coordinate reporting processes with Oxfam affiliates
- Coordinate contract start-up and compliance training
- Review partner grant budgets and agreements
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing funds from institutional donors
- Significant experience of donor compliance and donor liaison
- Experience with donors such as ECHO, EC, AICS, Sida, GFFO, DEC and UN agencies
- Well-developed report writing skills
- Experience of financial/budget review and analysis
- Sound skills in capacity building/start up workshops
- Demonstrated experience in program development and implementation (desirable)
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Finance, Business administration, Social Science, International Relations or any other relevant discipline
