Welcome! Thank you for your interest in volunteering with LIDOSK in Antalya, Türkiye! This application form is designed for individuals who are eager to join our long-term ESC volunteering project, running from February 1st to July 2nd, 2026. Before you begin, please read the following information carefully to understand the scope of the project and what we expect from our volunteers. The project aims to support international youth activities and strengthen the organisation’s outreach, communication, and project management capacity. Volunteers will assist in the planning and organisation of workshops, youth exchanges, and training courses, as well as in the promotion of Erasmus+ and ESC opportunities. Tasks include social media content creation, dissemination activities, office-based NGO work, and support in writing project applications, funding requests, and final reports. For application procedures and the detailed infopack: https://lidosk.com/tr/duyurular/esc-uzun-donem-antalya-2026 Accommodation, food and transport arrangements Volunteers will be accommodated in a shared flat in Antalya, close to the LIDOSK office, public transportation, and basic amenities. Each volunteer will have a comfortable living environment that supports both independence and community life. A monthly food allowance will be provided to cover daily meals. Volunteers will be responsible for preparing their own food according to their preferences. Local transportation costs related to the project activities will be covered by the hosting organisation. Travel costs to and from Türkiye will be reimbursed according to ESC distance rules. Training during the activity During the volunteering period, volunteers will follow a structured learning process. An on-arrival training will introduce LIDOSK, project tasks, and daily life in Antalya. Throughout the activity, volunteers will receive continuous support through regular mentoring meetings and internal trainings on youth work, social media, and Erasmus+ project development. Volunteers will also participate in mandatory ESC trainings organized by the National Agency, if these trainings take place during their volunteering period, including on-arrival and mid-term evaluations. Participant profile The project is open to motivated young people interested in youth work and international volunteering. Participants should be proactive, open-minded, and willing to contribute to daily NGO activities. Interest or prior experience in Erasmus+ project writing is considered an asset. Skills or motivation in video recording, editing, and content creation are also highly valued. No formal qualifications are required; motivation and willingness to learn are essential.
