Overview
Responsible for leading, coordinating, and ensuring the production of high-quality, timely, and compliant reports across programmes. Contributes to delivering ER activities in the field.
Tasks Summary
- Support delivery of activities in line with ERP of Sumatera HEAL
- Support project planning and implementation stages
- Ensure implementation runs smoothly based on project compliances
- Establish strong coordination and communication with stakeholders
- Support project monitoring, evaluation, and research
- Support project closing stage
- Ensure GEDSI and safeguarding approaches are mainstreamed
- Support development of progress reports
- Support dissemination of project communications strategy
- Support to establish external networks
- Support partnership assessment and capacity building
- Support to maintain and expand relationships with stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of advocacy agenda
- Manage budget and PC in Plan’s system (SAP)
- Lead and support project administration work
- Support follow-up action of AAL audit
- Ensure Plan International’s global policies for Safeguarding and GEDSI are embedded
- Participate in capacity building and learning events on Safeguarding and GEDSI
Experience Requirements
- Experience in leading, coordinating, and ensuring the production of high-quality, timely, and compliant reports across programmes
- Experience in delivering ER activities in the field
- Experience working closely with ER team, MER, finance, and communications teams
- Experience ensuring delivery of ER activities adheres to accountability to the affected people (AAP) principles
- Experience in leading the project administrative work based on internal compliance, system, and procedures
- Experience in project monitoring, evaluation, and research
- Experience in project closing stage
- Experience in managing budget and PC in Plan’s system (SAP)
- Experience in supporting follow-up action of AAL audit
Qualification Requirements
