- Facilitate communication, resource mobilization, and collaboration between key stakeholders
- Support proposal development and strategic partnership initiatives
- Work closely with CRES Unit at UNDP country Office, UNDP Resilience Hub in Nairobi, and IGAD
- Establish monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems
