Tasks Summary
- Prepare and implement security strategies and plans
- Advise on security needs, including human resources and budget
- Conduct security risk assessments
- Prepare annual region-wide security work plans and budgets
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
- Maintain personnel lists and emergency notification systems
- Evaluate evacuation systems and conduct drills
- Contribute to Business Continuity Planning
- Lead crisis response for offices
- Plan and coordinate security operations for events and visits
- Manage security equipment
- Conduct physical security inspections
- Undertake security assessment and support missions
- Coordinate protection details for senior officials
- Serve on call 24/7 for urgent security matters
- Lead response to security incidents
- Advise on all aspects of security management
