Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO STREAM Programme seeks an External Collaborator (Excoll) to provide country level gender expertise for the Extended Gender Analysis in Bangladesh. The role involves generating contextual gender insights and analysis, providing recommendations to contextualizing research tools to ensure gender-responsive and intersectional relevance, supporting the organisation of FGDs with Bangladeshi women migrant workers/returnees in domestic and other sectors in GCC, helping ensure safe, ethical engagement with participants. He/she will contribute to interpreting field data, triangulating findings, and validating results to ensure that migrant women’s experiences and gender-differentiated risks are accurately reflected in programme recommendations. The consultant will also provide administrative support, including arrangement of FGD venue, transportation support and subsistence for FGD participants.
