RFP 2026.01 Implementation Research Review of Spatial Emanators for Vector Control. Objective of the consultancy: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a qualified external consultancy or specialized firm to conduct a comprehensive evidence synthesis of implementation research on spatial emanators for vector control. This RFP is open only to registered companies and/or organizations. Proposals submitted by individuals in their personal capacity will not be accepted. Qualification of Firm and Consultants: Unitaid hereby seeks services of an external consultancy/specialized research group focused on improving evidence-based decision-making through evidence synthesis and guidance/guidelines development. The following skills and technical qualifications and experience will need to be met or are desirable. Claims of such experience will need to be documented as part of the proposal to Unitaid: Essential A minimum of 10 years of clearly documented, extensive expertise and knowledge of evidence syntheses from implementation studies. Extensive experience writing technical reports for public dissemination, with a proven capacity to translate complex technical content into a simple narrative and key messages understandable to a lay audience. A publications list will need to be provided that shows a minimum of 20 separate evidence syntheses (incl. systematic reviews) Desirable: Detailed knowledge of malaria interventions. Documented experience in the systematic assessment of the available evidence on vector control interventions. A strong network with key global health players in the malaria control space. Bidders are invited to submit a proposal for the above mentioned Request for Proposal in accordance to the documents attached in the "Tender Document" tab. Proposals must be submitted via UNGM, through the “RFP documents” tab and upload documents in “My Tender Return” no later than 18:00 hours Geneva time (CET) on 23 January 2026. Extension of the tender closing date is not feasible.
