UNHCR Procurement Notice: Request for Proposal for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the Provision of Prepaid and Post-paid Voice Lines for Telephone Calls and Data for Internet services for UNHCR in Nigeria
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Representation Office Abuja, Nigeria, invites qualified telecommunication service providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the provision of Prepaid and Post-paid Voice Calls and Data Services in Lots to UNHCR Nigeria across its office locations in Abuja, Maiduguri and Ogoja (LOTS A, B, and C respectively). UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) in Lots with an initial duration of 1 (one) year, potentially extendable for a further period of 2 (two) years. The successful bidders will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of agreement. The estimated annual requirement of UNHCR Nigeria is for 80 and above subscribers as specified in the Terms of Reference attached under the Requirements section in UNHCR Supplier Portal.
