UNHCR Procurement Notice: FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FRAME AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF OFFLINE MEDIA BUYING SERVICES IN THE NETHERLANDS
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), PSP Netherlands invites qualified suppliers and service providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement for the provision of offline media buying services. The Terms of Reference (TORS) are detailed in Annex A of this RFP. Please use the ToR to structure your technical proposal and make sure to include all requested information in your proposal, with special attention for the technical evaluation criteria stipulated in the ToR. The proposed frame agreement is for 12 months, starting from February 2026 (tentatively), with possible extensions of further period of two (2) times 12 months; in total a 3-year agreement, subject to satisfactory services. The successful bidders will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of agreement.
