Overview
The Urbanist will support the implementation of the "Urban Qualification in a Key Neighborhood of Belo Horizonte" project, focusing on improving municipal infrastructure and tools for social housing and urban planning.
Tasks Summary
- Review program, layout, 3D modeling, façade elements, and preliminary architectural and urbanistic design.
- Analyze and review basic architectural projects regarding dimensioning, urbanism, thermal comfort, ventilation, acoustics, energy efficiency, and material specifications.
- Prepare reports and technical analyses on basic architectural and urbanistic projects.
- Analyze, review, and propose changes to technical drawings to ensure quality standards.
- Apply advanced analysis techniques to propose solutions to architecture-related problems and project compatibility.
- Provide technical guidance to designers, planners, engineers, and architects.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare necessary technical project documents.
- Participate in meetings with the technical team.
- Perform other technical support tasks as required.
- Complete indicated training activities, including the BSAFE security course within the first month.
Experience Requirements
Experience in reviewing architectural and urbanistic projects; experience in providing technical guidance to designers, planners, engineers, and architects.
