Overview

Lead and manage in-country activities for a biodiversity project, ensuring the development and implementation of a work plan and budget. Provide advisory services and quality assurance for national products and processes.


Tasks Summary
  • Oversee and manage all in-country activities
  • Ensure development and implementation of work plan and budget
  • Lead effective national team and foster partnerships
  • Collaborate with technical team to establish and maintain implementation mechanisms and technical working groups
  • Ensure timely organization of workshops, technical studies, and other activities
  • Provide advisory services and quality assurance for national products and processes
  • Contribute to the production of Policy and Institutional Review, Biodiversity Expenditure Review, and Financial Needs Assessment
  • Lead preparation of Biodiversity Finance

Experience Requirements

Master's Degree - 5 year(s) experience OR Bachelor's Degree - 7 year(s) experience


Qualification Requirements

Master's Degree OR Bachelor's Degree

Languages Required: English and Mandinka/Fula/Wolof

Contract Duration: 1 Year
