Supports the implementation and management of protocol strategies, ensuring compliance with UNDP standards, effective stakeholder engagement, and operational coordination.


Tasks Summary
  • Manages UNDP-related work permits, exemptions, and visa processing
  • Provides advisory support on protocol matters
  • Handles timely processing of short-term, educational, volunteer, and long-term permits
  • Ensures compliance with immigration laws and UNDP policies
  • Maintains staff and personnel immigration records
  • Coordinates with stakeholders for smooth operations
  • Develops and implements protocol strategies and work plans aligned with UNDP standards
  • Drafts

Experience Requirements

High School certificate


Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration (or equivalent) is an asset but not mandatory.

Languages Required: English and ITaukei/Fiji Hindi

Contract Duration: 1 Year
