Overview
Provide technical support to the Ministry of Health, Center for HIV/AIDS and STIs (CHAS) and National Tuberculosis Control Center (NTC) in Lao PDR for TB/HIV activities under national strategic plans and the HANSA project.
Tasks Summary
- Review and revise national strategic documents for HIV and STIs according to global and WHO guidelines
- Monitor implementation and provide technical guidance for strengthening TB/HIV programs and reporting
- Review STI service delivery and access for key populations and generate recommendations
- Contribute to the development of revised National STIs Guidelines, National OIs/ARV guidelines, and the National Strategy and Action Plan for HIV/AIDS and STI
- Provide technical guidance for integrating TB, HIV, STIs, and viral hepatitis services
- Ensure high pediatric ART coverage
- Update specifications and quantify HIV diagnostics, drugs, and health products
- Conduct a gap analysis for STI services and generate recommendations
- Assess gaps and methods for improving access for MSM and KPs across HIV/STI prevention, screening, and linkage to care
- Submit monthly progress reports
Experience Requirements
- Experience in providing technical support to national TB and HIV programs

Qualification Requirements
Advanced university degree in public health, medicine, or related field
