Overview
The Audiovisual Manager is responsible for the smooth running and follow-up of all audiovisual services associated with events and ensures the preparation of administrative and technical documents, as well as project management of audiovisual infrastructure.
Tasks Summary
- Prepare, operate, coordinate, and technically organize conferences
- Serve as a liaison between management, administrative and technical personnel, and external speakers/delegates
- Carry out preliminary technical assessments and studies for events
- Analyze audiovisual demands and needs of event organizers
- Diagnose constraints, features, and equipment conditions of host venues
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and translate them into technical specifications
- Gather and prioritize information, analyze confidentiality levels, and apply security policies
- Design implementation plans and identify necessary equipment
- Evaluate and propose optimized solutions for human, economic, and material resources
- Implement means of transmitting information and instructions between teams
- Develop workflows or methodologies
- Conduct technological surveillance related to event needs
- Define material and human resources for technical organization of events
