Overview

Assist in creating compelling content around sustainable development, trade, investment, finance or the digital economy to enhance the visibility and understanding of UNCTAD’s initiatives. Perform initial edits and help drafting and editing varied content for digital and print formats.

Tasks Summary

• - Assist in creating compelling content around sustainable development, trade, investment, finance or the digital economy.
• - Perform initial edits and help drafting and editing varied content for digital and print formats.
• - Support the creation and development of multimedia content.
• - Assist in identifying the latest editorial practices, including Artificial Intelligence tools for communications, to enhance workflow efficiency.

Experience Requirements

Applicants to the UN Internship Programme are not required to have professional work experience.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must be a student in the final year of the first university degree (bachelor or equivalent), Master’s or Ph.D. Programme or equivalent, or have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PH.D. Programme.

Other Details

Languages Required: Fluency spoken and written in English is required.

Languages Preferred: Knowledge of French and Spanish is desirable

Contract Duration: three months

Work Modality: full-time

Remuneration: The internship is unpaid. Interns are responsible for covering all personal costs, including travel, accommodation, medical insurance, and living expenses.
