Overview

Support the Deputy High Representative and Head of Office in leading the team and advancing OHR’s mandate. This role involves strategic engagement with local stakeholders, policy analysis, and coordination of office operations.

Tasks Summary

• Coordinate the effective management of the Banja Luka Regional Office.
• Advise on policy issues and provide analysis of political and economic developments.
• Maintain relationships with government institutions, NGOs, and other partners.
• Supervise advisors and staff, and represent the Head of Office when required.
• Support OHR objectives through direct engagement with authorities and stakeholders.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in management. Strong knowledge of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s political and economic context, especially Republika Srpska. Proven experience in political reporting and analysis.

Qualification Requirements

University degree in political science, international relations, or related field.
