Overview
Support the Subregional Office for South-East Asia in implementing the ASEAN–Eurasian Economic Union digital economy initiative. Responsibilities include policy dialogue support, event coordination, stakeholder engagement, research support, and project management.
Tasks Summary
- Prepare background materials, talking points, and documentation for policy dialogue.
- Support the logistical and administrative organization of workshops, roundtables, and virtual consultations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and service providers.
- Participate in virtual consultations and provide written inputs and feedback.
- Contribute to the development of the ASEAN–EAEU digital economy study, including annexes, data collection, and identification of sources.
- Assist in compiling data and reviewing the final study.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in economic research, international development, or regional cooperation.
- Conducting policy research and supporting preparation of analytical reports.
- Organizing and coordinating events, including workshops, roundtables, and virtual consultations.
- Project management, including monitoring and evaluation of development projects or initiatives.
- Experience working with international organizations, government agencies, or regional bodies is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and consultation processes.
Qualification Requirements
Advanced university degree in international economics or development or related fields.
