The role serves as a point of contact for internal and external service requests, aiming to provide timely information and ensure service execution. It contributes to maintaining the highest level of service delivery by clarifying client requests and fostering mutual understanding.
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in multicultural environments. Experience in managing teams in different functional areas. Knowledge of digital tools and technological solutions used in customer service.
Completion of secondary education. A post-secondary certificate in the relevant functional area is desirable.
