Overview

Support monitoring and evaluation of project activities implemented by partners, provide guidance, and contribute to evaluation reports and quality assurance tools.

Tasks Summary
  • Support monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of activities by the Implementing partners of the action
  • Provide guidance to implementing partners and contribute to updating the Monitoring and Evaluation framework.
  • Assist in composition of evaluation reports regarding findings, conclusions and recommendations for compliance of activities implemented by the implementing partners.
  • Contribution to the development of tools for the evaluation of the quality of services provided.
  • Composition of SOPs regarding the operational procedure of monitoring of activities and draft of templates for the recommendation reports for ensuring compliance with available legal frameworks and donor requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
Experience Requirements

Minimum two years of related work experience in a humanitarian setting; Experience coordinating protection activities and a good understanding of child protection SOPs preferred; Experience in preparing, supporting or performing monitoring activities preferred; Experience in liaising with governmental and diplomatic authorities and stakeholders, working in international organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization; Demonstrated ability to draft and prepare clear and concise formal correspondence, project proposals and financial reports.

Qualification Requirements

University degree in Humanities, Psychology or Social Sciences or a related field from an accredited academic institution with minimum two years of work experience; or High school degree/ certificate with minimum four years of work experience; Master’s degree in above fields is an advantage.

Other Details

Languages Required: fluency in Greek and certified working knowledge of English is required (oral and written)
