Overview

The Referent*in Wirkungsmanagement (d/w/m) is responsible for the collection and analysis of impact data from German programs, focusing on building and developing effective impact measurement systems and routines.

Tasks Summary
  • Support program teams in the collection, quality assurance, and analysis of impact data.
  • Develop suitable data collection instruments.
  • Accompany surveys such as baseline and endline studies and conduct regular data checks.
  • Identify needs and suitable occasions for internal and external evaluations as well as case and impact studies.
  • Support needs and context analyses.
  • Prepare impact data in a user-oriented manner for evidence-based program steering and adaptation.
  • Create short reports, update dashboards, and actively contribute results to learning and decision-making rounds.
  • Collect and document client feedback for continuous improvement of services.
  • Train staff in impact monitoring and evaluation and support the development of impact logics for new projects.
Experience Requirements
  • Practical experience in impact monitoring.
  • Solid understanding of current methods, models, and approaches.
  • Experience in the conception and execution of quantitative and qualitative surveys (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups).
  • Knowledge in data and information management.
  • Safe working with databases and analysis tools.
Qualification Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.

Other Details

Languages Required: • German language skills at C1 level. • English language skills at B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference.

Languages Preferred: • Knowledge in Power BI is an advantage. • Knowledge in statistical data analysis (e.g., with SPSS or Stata) is an advantage.

Contract Duration: • until 31.12.2026 (possibly option for extension)

Work Modality: • remote

Remuneration: • Starting salary of 42,706 EUR gross/year (full-time, 40 hrs./week) and an annual salary adjustment.
