Overview

The role supports supply chain process transformation projects by performing analysis, translating findings into scalable solutions, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. It focuses on business process reengineering, solution design, and data management for supply chain operations.

Tasks Summary
  • Support deployment and implementation strategy for supply chain planning process reengineering projects.
  • Support transition management, ensuring business as usual is maintained.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Identify human and technical resources for implementation.
  • Conduct project meetings and produce briefing notes and action items.
  • Proactively evaluate activities, propose corrective actions, and monitor issue resolution.
  • Develop an implementation framework based on the SCOR model.
  • Prepare and track project timelines and milestones.
  • Develop project artifacts such as process diagrams and process documentation.
  • Design and deliver user training and prepare training materials.
Experience Requirements
  • Relevant experience in Programme, Project Management and/or Business Administration is required, preferably in an international/multi-cultural organization.
  • Experience working with Supply Chain Planning and Supply Chain Planning solutions in a non-for-profit setting is required.
  • Experience in providing general administration support is desirable.
  • Experience in report writing or/and performing research is desirable.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires high flexibility is desirable.
Qualification Requirements
  • Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Social Science, or related fields with two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • OR A first-level university degree (Bachelor’s degree) preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Social Science, or related fields with four (4) years of relevant experience.

Contract Duration: Open-ended subject to organizational requirements, availability of funds and/or satisfactory performance

Work Modality: Home based

Remuneration: Depending on the incumbent's personal situation (candidate with national ID or resident permit in duty station), a local fee scale (LICA-9) might be applied in determining the contractor's fee.
