Overview
The incumbent will support beneficiary management activities and provide technical support for the planning and implementation of beneficiary registrations and distributions through Digital Assistance Services (DAS).
Tasks Summary
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and plan related activities.
- Support efficient implementation of programmes leveraging the DAS platform.
- Provide capacity building for the office and cooperating partners on DAS implementation.
- Assess cards and equipment requirements.
- Provide technical support to DAS operations.
- Analyze requirements and plan support for implementation across the country.
- Participate in meetings to define needs and select partners for DAS operations.
- Work with field offices to prepare and execute DAS implementation plans.
- Gather data, analyze, and produce reports and dashboards.
- Keep abreast of IT technologies and participate in IT solution design.
- Coordinate the design and development of new IT solutions.
- Coordinate quality assurance on IT solutions.
- Coordinate, guide, and coach the IT solutions development team.
Experience Requirements
Five or more years of progressively responsible work experience in digital solutions, data management and relevant work streams.
Qualification Requirements
Completion of secondary school education. A post-secondary certificate in the related functional area.
