Overview
The Education Technical Assistant supports the implementation and monitoring of Education and Youth activities, focusing on participant registration, attendance tracking, and administrative support.
Tasks Summary
- Support accurate registration and attendance tracking of learners and participants.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and hardcopy records.
- Accompany staff during monitoring visits and assist with data collection.
- Support logistical arrangements for activity implementation.
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding, child protection, and inclusion standards.
- Compile simple reports summarizing activity implementation and observations.
- Archive programme documents according to data management procedures.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with youth, education, or vocational training projects.
- Previous experience in complex or volatile contexts.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working directly with Education and Youth programs.
- Experience with refugees, IDPs, and host communities.
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in education, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.
