Overview

The Partnerships Specialist will support UNICEF Nepal's partnerships strategy by protecting, expanding, and exploring partnerships with public and private donors to leverage investments for children and facilitate resource mobilization.

Tasks Summary

• Support the preparation of high-quality donor reports and proposals, including developing templates, consolidating inputs, coordinating communication, and submitting for review.
• Support donor partner engagement, including conducting research on priorities, developing profiles, attending meetings, and assisting with event logistics.
• Support private sector engagement by assisting in expanding partnerships, contributing to content development, and aiding in operationalizing the engagement plan.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in fundraising, donor report and proposal writing, corporate social responsibility, communication, international relations or another related area.
• Relevant experience in a UN system agency or organization is considered as an asset.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in international relations, communications, development studies or another relevant technical field.

Languages Preferred: • Knowledge of another official UN language or local language of the duty station is considered as an asset.
