UNDP Procurement Notice: National Consultant for Terminal Evaluation SMILE Project
Country: Indonesia Description of the Assignment: The Consultant will commence the assignment on February - June 2026. The National Terminal Evaluator will assess progress towards the achievement of the project objectives and outcomes as specified in the Project Document and assess early signs of project success or failure with the goal of identifying the necessary changes to be made in order to set the project on-track to achieve its intended results. The TE will also identify factors that have facilitated or impeded the achievement of the objectives as well as review the project’s strategy and its risks to sustainability. This evaluation will also enable UNDP’s Commissioning Unit to assess the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability of the SMILE Project. Period of assignment/services: 30 working days from February to June 2026 Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
