Overview
Support PBI Nepal's work in Kathmandu through project assistance, social media and communications, basic monitoring and evaluation, and logistics.
Tasks Summary
- Assist with organizing workshops, trainings, and events
- Support logistical arrangements
- Help with note-taking and documentation
- Assist in basic finance/admin tasks
- Develop and implement social media content
- Draft outreach materials
- Attend field visits for content development
- Support partner organizations’ social media
- Assist with data collection and analysis
- Help track project outputs
- Support visual presentation of data
- Organize feedback forms
- Translate short documents between English and Nepali
- Support Country Director and Country Coordinator
- Adapt to new responsibilities
Experience Requirements
Experience in communications, design, photography, or social media is a plus
Qualification Requirements
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., Development Studies, Communications, Media, Social Sciences)
- Digital literacy, including familiarity with Canva, Meta Suite, MS Office/Google tools, or M&E tools like Excel
