Overview
The Social Policy team is seeking an individual consultant to coordinate the phase II pilot implementation of the integrated services model for children with disabilities at the sub-national level and develop a strategy for its national scale-up.
Tasks Summary
- Review and assess the integrated services model for children with disabilities and its pilot implementation.
- Develop a plan for pilot expansion and national scale-up.
- Coordinate ongoing and additional pilot sites.
- Organize training sessions for front-line staff.
- Advocate for the scale-up of the integrated services model.
- Conduct key informant interviews and/or focus group discussions.
- Organize consultation meetings with key stakeholders.
- Plan and facilitate advocacy meetings.
- Coordinate with the Monitoring & Evaluation consultant.
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional or research work experience in the area of disability, social protection, social services and decentralization.
- Familiarity in working with government sectors with good track records.
- Familiarity in advocacy with government sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in programme management.
Qualification Requirements
• Advanced university degree in Economics, Social Policy, Social Science, and other relevant fields.
