Overview
Support programme planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting, including resource and budget monitoring, and working with implementing partners.
Tasks Summary
- Support the assessment and analysis of needs.
- Assist in managing the development of a network of partners and capacity building.
- Assist in organizing and documenting partner selection.
- Provide technical advice to ensure partnership agreements are established, monitored, and reported on.
- Support the implementation and performance of partnership agreements.
- Support the development and implementation of MFT monitoring plans.
- Contribute to the review and analysis of operations plans and reports.
- Follow up on changes regarding alignment of results chain.
- Follow up with UNHCR offices on the compliance with issuance of audit certificates for partners.
- Provide support through technical advice and training on resource allocation processes.
- Use UNHCR's corporate tools for core activities.
- Support UNHCRs programming of community of practice.
- Support the identification and management of risks.
- Perform other duties as required.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience supporting programme planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting, preferably within UN agencies, INGOs, or comparable international organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in resource and budget monitoring.
- Experience working with implementing partners, contractors, government counterparts, and other stakeholders in a humanitarian context.
- Previous experience supporting or working within UNHCR programme management frameworks is a strong asset.
- Practical experience supporting partnership management processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. COMPASS or similar platforms) and programme tracking tools is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated work experience in Programme and Resource/Partnerships Management.
- Previous experience working with or supporting UNHCR Programme Management processes.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in planning, budgeting, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders within an inter agency humanitarian or emergency context.
Qualification Requirements
For G6 - 3 years relevant experience with High School Diploma; or 2 years relevant work experience with Bachelor or equivalent or higher
