Overview

The incumbent is responsible for driving office staff and visitors on official trips, and for collecting and delivering documents and correspondence to ensure timely and efficient delivery of work.

Tasks Summary

• Drive the project office staff and their official visitors on official trips.
• Handle local and organizational formalities when involved in an accident.
• Collect and deliver mail, documents, pouches, and other communications items.
• Ensure proper day-to-day maintenance and log of the assigned vehicle.
• Ensure cost-savings through proper use of vehicle.
• Ensure availability of all the required documents/supplies.
• Be responsible for safe travel and comfort of passengers.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Experience Requirements

• At least Three years of work experience as a driver.
• Flawless, safe driving record.

Qualification Requirements

• Secondary school education.
• Possession of a valid driving license.

Other Details

Languages Required: • Working knowledge (Level C) of English and Urdu.
